Which alternative fits your next game?

Perceptle combines Count, Track, Angle, Tempo and Split into one five-round result. These alternatives share parts of that appeal, but ask different questions.

These are task-based recommendations, not a popularity ranking. The formats below come from each game's own published instructions.

Freehand: closest for visual estimation

Freehand's six activities include estimating angles, predicting landings, counting a briefly shown scene, judging a balance point, making an equal-weight cut and holding a button for a time interval. Each activity gives five daily rounds with one attempt per round.

Choose it if: Track or Angle makes you want another visual task. Its landing activity is a closer match to Track than a numerical trivia question is. The timing activity judges duration; it is a different task from keeping Tempo's beat.

Keep in mind: it is a daily set, not the same thing as choosing a fresh unlimited Perceptle drill here. You also get more total rounds if you play all six activities.

Estimatle: numerical estimates on a slider

Estimatle presents five numerical questions. Move a slider, adjust your guess, then submit to see the answer and score. Its instructions describe a maximum of 100 points per question, losing one point per step from the answer.

Choose it if: you enjoy settling on an approximate number and adjusting it before committing. The challenge depends on estimating an answer, rather than remembering a two-second dot field.

Keep in mind: a step-based numerical score is different from Perceptle's per-skill error curve. The interface offers metric/US units and a History entry; check the chosen question's unit before answering.

Estimania: think in orders of magnitude

Estimania asks five numerical trivia questions per day, covering subjects such as science, geography, history and sport. You type your estimate. It scores how far your guess is from the reference by ratio on a logarithmic scale, with up to 500 points for the full set.

Choose it if: you like reasoning from rough facts to a plausible scale. Being off by the same factor matters similarly whether the answer is small or large.

Keep in mind: this is knowledge and estimation, rather than Perceptle's five sensory actions. The published rules say the daily resets at midnight UTC and locks after completion.

Packle: estimate how many circles fit

Packle shows a daily shape and one circle for scale. Estimate how many same-size circles fit without overlapping. You get five guesses and hot/cold feedback after each one.

Choose it if: Count or Split makes you enjoy comparing quantities and space. Look at the boundaries and unusable gaps, rather than simply dividing the outline into an imagined rectangular grid.

Keep in mind: you can adjust from feedback within the same puzzle. That differs from Perceptle's single judgment followed by a reveal.
